We will minimize the number of buyers entering your home by limiting in-person showings to “Essential Only”. The home’s online profile, complete with 3D renderings, electronic magazines and professional photography will allow buyers to view your property in detail from anywhere. In the event that a buyer requests to view your home in person, we have protocols in place to do so safely.
Our lawyer partners have systems in place to have documents signed remotely and funds transferred electronically. The keys for the home will be left in a lockbox on the property and the unique code will be provided by the seller’s lawyer to the buyer’s lawyer eliminating the need to meet.
